Earth and fire of the Etna volcano are two constant elements in the background of Cotto Furnò’s roots. The particular characteristics and features of Cotto Furnò come from a unique natural blend of clay and volcanic lava sand (basalt). This mixture fired at very high temperature gives the product its characteristic colouring and ensures its high resistance to wear, to changes of temperature and a considerable thermal comfort. The colour variation adds to the simplicity of the terracotta and makes each piece unique.

The wide range of products, both machine made and hand made, proposed by the Company, renders the product particularly suitable for furnishing both public and private areas, for both indoor and outdoor installations: • floor tiles of various shapes and dimensions; • wall claddings; • wall caps of various sizes; • steps and corners; • swimmingpool border; • other special pieces.

Wide range, quality and experience are the unique selling points of Cotto Furnò. All products are proposed in two versions: the natural untreated version and the Kwikdry version, pre-treated with water-repellent solution by means of impregnation.
